1. Locate the
course of interest in the Course Ordering Table and click the Select
button. Or if you have a Special Order Code enter it in the
space provided just below the Domestic Order Table.
2. You will go to a page where
you will be asked to verify your selection.
3. The next page will ask you to agree
to the NAOI Terms and Conditions.
4. Then
you will select an ordering
method. Most will choose the online order method which is
convenient and completely secure.
5. Next the system will prompt you
for personal data in order to create your NAOI Membership
Record. You will select a User ID and Password. You must enter a
User ID that does not currently exist in the system. This is the
information you will use to "sign-in" on this site to
access the online component of your course or courses.
6. The next page will prompt
you for your Credit Card information if there is a charge for
the product you are ordering.
Note:
You may abort the entire order process up to the time that you
click the "Submit" button on this Credit Card page. No data will be
retained by the NAOI and no charges will be made until this point.
7. When your Credit Card has
been approved your NAOI Membership record is automatically
created and you are ready to "sign-in" to the online
portion of your course. You do this by clicking the Sign-In button at the top
of each NAOI site page. You will receive an email
confirmation of your order.
8. If your course includes a book, the NAOI
will begin the shipping process within one business day of
your enrollment.
9. Books are sent
via Express Mail
within the United States and should arrive in three to five business days.
International shipments will take approximately five to 7 business days.
Your

technology. This is the industry standard and any information
you enter is encrypted and safe. Your
Privacy Is Protected! The NAOI does not sell or
otherwise provide your personal information to any third party.
While the NAOI may periodically correspond with our members, you
will receive no third party marketing material as a result of
your enrollment.
Your
Satisfaction is Guaranteed! If you are not satisfied
with any course you have ordered simply return the course book
or books in good condition within 30 days of your enrollment and
the NAOI will refund to your credit card the full purchase price
less our shipping charges.
