The Certification Diploma
After completing the items presented on the "Requirements" page of this section you will
be sent a Certification diploma. The diploma is shown at the bottom
of this page or you can see it by clicking here. This is a document that
you can frame and display in your home or office along with other
achievements in your life.
The Certification Letter
Along with the diploma
you will receive a personalized letter on NAOI letterhead that details
the requirements you have met to achieve Individual Investor
Certification. It will explain that you have demonstrated a knowledge of
investing basics, investment planning and how to utilize Web resources
in your investing activities. This document can be attached to your resume or CV. It could just make the
difference if you are competing for a job in the financial services industry.
Access to the Certified Members Only Area
of the NAOI Site
When you complete the
final lesson of the Individual Investor Certification course you will be
granted access to the Certified Investors Only portion of the NAOI Web
site. In this
area you will be shown how to order your Diploma and Certification
Letter. Other benefits may be available as well.
Proof Of Completion
You may be able to deduct your NAOI
Membership fees from your taxes or receive reimbursement from
a third party. Investment training makes you a more valuable employee to
many organizations. But often simply showing proof that you have
enrolled in a course is not sufficient. Your NAOI Certification Diploma
and Certification Letter are the tangible proof that you may need to
prove that you have successfully completed the course. Please consult with your tax advisor
or your employer to see if tuition reimbursement or a tax deduction
applies to your situation.

The Certification Diploma

Individual Investor Certification Diploma. Note that you will be able to
order your Diploma after completing the course as described above. You
need a Certification Number to order it and when you do it will be sent
