Welcome to the Web site of the National
Association of Online Investors. I hope you will spend some time
exploring this site and learning about our truly unique set of investor
education and empowerment products.
We firmly believe that the NAOI Confident Investing Series courses can dramatically improve the effectiveness
of your investing activities regardless of your experience level, your
risk tolerance or the amount of money you have to invest .
From decades of experience as an
individual investor and as a teacher of personal investing I
know that the world of investing is not a friendly
place. Much of the financial services industry is designed to sell you
products, not to maximize your wealth. Our unquestioning trust in the advice
of third parties, many of whom are salespeople, has cost the investing
public billions of dollars in unrealized wealth.
Why do we turn over our future financial
security to
people we barely know? Quite often the answer is that we are not confident in our
own ability to
make smart investing choices. Too many of us have been convinced by the
financial services industry that all investing
decisions are best left to professionals.
This is not correct.
You are fully capable of taking
personal control of your investments. The critical factors that you need

If we were simply selling investing
"books" this Web site would consist of two or three pages of
information at most. NAOI courses are not simple books. Rather, each

learning environment that immerses you in the learning experience. It
is an approach that has proven effective both in home-study
format and in the college classroom.
