Your Investing Style
Each
individual with money to invest is unique. Some are conservative,
others are aggressive. Some are experienced investors, others are
new to the field. Some have a significant sum of money to invest, others are
just beginning their investing careers. All
of these factors and others combine to define your unique investing
"style". NAOI
Study Courses are designed to meet the needs of investors of all
styles. They can significantly increase your investing effectiveness
regardless of whether you:
-
Have a little money
or a lot to invest
-
Are an experienced
investor or a novice
-
Have aggressive
investing goals or conservative goals
-
Have a high risk
tolerance or one that is low
-
Have investing
goals that are long-term - e.g. 10+ years - or short-term - e.g.
increase portfolio return NOW
-
Are interested in
becoming personally involved in the investing process or prefer to
work with an advisor
-
Are willing to
devote multiple hours per week to the investing process or only a
couple of hours per month
All of these elements
combine to define your investing style.
NAOI Courses Support
ALL Investing Styles
The NAOI does not
advocate that you adopt any particular investing style. How can we? We
don't know your current financial situation, your risk tolerance or
your willingness to become involved in the process. No legitimate
education resource should try to convince you that one type of
"style" is better than another. There is only a
"style" that is best for you.
The NAOI product line
is designed to support any type of investing style. Its modular nature
allows you to pick and choose those courses that fit your unique
situation. For example, if you are a conservative investor you
may be satisfied with completing only Courses 1 and 2 of the Confident
Investing Series. they give you the basics of investing and show you
how to put in place a Core Fund Portfolio. If your investing return goals are
higher and you are willing to become more involved in the investing
process then you will want to consider Courses 3 through 5. Each deals with a more potentially profitable investing activity.
Do NOT Adopt a
Default Style!
The investing
style you have currently adopted may be one of "default".
You may now be a passive, "hands-off" investor simply because you
can see no other realistic alternatives. You
may, by default, have simply given your portfolio to a third party advisor because
you don't believe yourself to be capable of making informed investing
decisions. This needs to change. You ARE capable of taking more
personal control of your investments and reaching goals that are far
higher than you may now think possible. You simply need to be willing
to dedicate time and effort to learning how to invest. In the
Confident Investing Series you have the resource. You must supply the
motivation.
